Shipping within New Zealand

New Zealand orders over $100 - Free Shipping
New Zealand orders under $100 - $7.00 including rural.

We endeavour to get your order on its way as fast as possible and dispatch daily. Order before 10am and your order should be shipped the same day. Sorry we cannot dispatch orders on a Weekend/Public Holiday.
Standard delivery times are 2-3 business days. Rural delivery may take 3-5 business days.

Once the order has been dispatched you will receive email confirmation with a tracking number to follow its progress.

All parcels are set to 'Authority to Leave' which means if you're not home at the time of delivery the courier will leave your parcel in a safe place on your property where possible. They do not require a signature. If you would prefer 'Signature Required' please specify in delivery notes at checkout. We use NZ Post and Courier Post for the majority of New Zealand deliveries.

International Shipping

Yes we ship worldwide! For shipping to countries other than New Zealand and Australia please contact us for a shipping estimate.

Packaging

In the first instance we prefer to use 100% curb-side recyclable post-consumer cardboard.
Although it is not our preference, in the event that we do not have recyclable packaging on hand we will use compostable mailers.

Lost or Damaged Parcels

Once your items have been shipped, they become your property and responsibility. We focus on protecting your order whilst being as environmentally friendly as possible, however if a product arrives damaged, or is misplaced, it is your responsibility to liaise with New Zealand Post or the shipping agent responsible. No refunds or replacements will be given for products missing or damaged in transit. We will however provide you with all the necessary information to make your claim.
