Return Policy

Returning Items

We want to ensure that you love your goods and are happy with the quality. If for any reason you're not satisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 14 days of receipt of purchase via hello@tushie.co.nz

 

Please note:

  • Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. 
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with swing tags attached. It must also be in the original packaging. Any items that do not meet these conditions will unfortunately not be accepted for a refund.
  • We do not accept returns that were purchased whilst on sale.
  • Customers are responsible for all return postage costs for change of mind returns and exchanges. Please consider the environment when packaging your items for return.
  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. We also do not accept products such as sanitary goods, for example menstrual pads. Please contact us first if you are unsure.

Refunds (if applicable)


Once your return is received and the goods are in acceptable condition, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at help@tushie.co.nz.

Faulty Items

If you have received a faulty item or a fault develops in an item you have purchased please contact us. If a replacement is not available then we will be happy to provide a full refund.
Please follow manufacture care instructions as we can not be held responsible for items that have been misused.
