Yes we do offer trial packs here. Our Experience Packs let you select nappies from our best selling brands to trial so you can make an informed desicion wehn it comes to building your stash. Each Experience Pack comes with a discount to spend on your next purchase with us.
We care deeply about using earth-friendly materials when sending packages.
Our packages are wrapped in 100% recycled paper and secured with with cotton or hemp twine. Any shipping inserts/swing tags are printed on 100% recyclable and biodegradable card and the sizing is kept to a minimum.
Items are then packaged in either 100% recycled cardboard boxes, repurposed boxes and secured with kraft paper based tape or home compostable mailers. Home compostable mailers can also be resealed once so no extra packaging is used in the event of a return.
All our packaging is designed to be either home compostable, curb-side recyclable and biodegradable.
Unfortunately at this stage we have not found a sufficient earth-friendly alternative to shipping labels - this is a work in progress.
If you prefer that we do not include any wrap or shipping inserts we are happy to exclude, please let us know in the shipping notes when you make your order.
We are currently shipping as normal, there may be slight delays if your package passes through Auckland.

All orders are packed with full safety and hygiene measures in place in accordance with Level 2. Once packed parcels are then left in a secure location for our courier driver to collect in accordance with current social distancing rules.

Tushie is legally required to declare the full value paid on shipments and must include an invoice for all orders over $250 for customs should they require it. All packages will be clearly marked Reusable Nappies for customs.

Please note we cannot accept reusable cloth pads for return.
We do not accept returns for items that were on sale or clearance.
Our policy lasts 14 days, if 14 days has passed since your purchase unfortunately we cannot offer a return or exchange.
To be eligible for a return your items must be unused and in the same condition as received with all packaging and swing tags attached. Any items that do not meet these conditions will not be accepted for a refund.
We do not accept returns for purchases made whilst on sale.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs for change of mind returns and exchanges.
For hygiene reasons we do not allow returns for reusable cloth pads.
Apologies! Should an item be faulty, please contact us immediately by emailing email@example.com with your name, order number and details of the fault including a photo. We will send you a pre-paid courier label via email to send the faulty item back to us. Please clearly state if you require a refund or a replacement. If the item purchased is out of stock or no longer available then you will be offered a full refund.
Please do not post the item back to us without first notifying us by email. Items returned without prior notification may be subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Note: we can not be held responsible if you have not followed manurfacture care instructions or if the items have been misused.
Opps! We take extra care when packing orders but sometimes we can make a mistake, please email us with your name and order number and we will arrange for a replacement and return of the incorrect item at our cost.
